Kim  Marcum, M.Ed.

Kim Marcum, M.Ed., is currently an elementary school principal in the Central Kitsap School District in Washington State. At this school, she has helped develop a program of positive discipline designed to reduce behavior problems and give students a sense of responsibility.

She has an extensive background in special education, having taught learning disabled and behaviorally disabled students. She has been a principal for over 15 years and was awarded the Regional Distinguished Principal Award in Washington State. Marcum is passionate about bringing out the best in every student—the citizens who will lead us in the future.
